Cancellation Policy
I understand things happen! Please call or text at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to notify of any changes or cancellations. Appointments that are canceled outside of the cancellation time frame will be charged 50% of the intended service. Appointments that go 15 minutes past the appointment start time without prior communication will be considered a no-call, no-show. All no-call, no-shows will be charged 75% of the intended service.
